By accessing or using Koydo Math ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Koydo Math provides an adaptive math practice platform covering K-12 through college-level topics. The Service includes a question bank, AI tutoring, analytics, and optional premium features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the question bank
• Share your account credentials
• Use automated tools to generate answers or abuse the AI tutor

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including questions, explanations, and software, is owned by Koydo or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that practice scores correlate with exam outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koydo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
